Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya is one of the most reputed Colleges for women pursuing higher education in Upper Assam. Since it's inception way back in the year 1981, the College has been successful in carving out a distinct place for itself by excelling in music, cultural events, games and sports, apart from academics, where too, students of the College have been successful in achieving positions of distinction in the University conducted examinations at different points of time. The College prides itself in having a very dedicated staff, both teaching and non-teaching, and just like the years gone by, it will continue to strive in making the Institute a center for excellence for higher education for women in every sphere, academics being the number one priority.
