The college has an internal Grievance Redressal Cell. The cell takes cognizance of the grievances of the students. In order to entertain their grievances, the cell has installed a complaint box in the entrance corridor of the college where they can put their grievances in writing. The cell opens the box in presence of the Principal and the General Secretary of the college students’ union in the last week of every month. As per the complaint letters the sanctity of anonymity is strictly maintained given the nature of complaint. If the cell feels the necessity to look into the complaints it takes necessary measures to solve the problem. In case of emergency, the complainant can directly approach the cell.
